Capt. Sandeep Mishra is the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and operational visionary behind Air Kalinga (Aerokalinga Aviation Pvt. Ltd.). With more than two decades of commanding flight experience across commercial aircraft and executive business jets, Captain Mishra has been instrumental in modernizing private charter mobility and emergency aero-medical evacuation frameworks throughout Odisha and Eastern India.

Beginning his career as a commercial aviator, Captain Mishra accumulated thousands of hours in command across complex regional airspaces, high-density metropolitan routes, and challenging all-weather operations. His deep operational background in civil aviation safety, DGCA compliance, aircraft airworthiness, and crew resource management (CRM) informs the stringent operating standards upheld across Air Kalinga's entire charter fleet.

Under his leadership, Air Kalinga introduced non-scheduled aircraft operations (NSOP) connecting industrial hubs like Jharsuguda, Rourkela, and Angul with Bhubaneswar and major Indian metros. Beyond executive air travel, Captain Mishra has championed dedicated aero-medical transportation (AMT) capabilities, enabling rapid ICU-equipped patient transfers during critical medical emergencies.
