2. Charter Inquiries & Quotations

Online inquiry forms and price estimates generated through our digital channels constitute preliminary requests for flight availability and do not constitute a confirmed contract of carriage. Final charter bookings are confirmed solely upon execution of a formal Charter Agreement and receipt of agreed booking deposits or remittances.

3. Flight Operations & Regulatory Clearances

All flight schedules, routes, and timings are subject to:

• Air traffic control (ATC) clearances and airport slot approvals.
• Civil aviation regulatory clearances and government flight permits.
• Prevailing meteorological conditions and runway safety requirements.

The Pilot-in-Command (PIC) maintains absolute and final authority regarding all decisions affecting the safety, operation, routing, and passenger carriage on board the aircraft.

4. Passenger Documentation & Security

Passengers are responsible for presenting valid government-issued photographic identification (or passports and visas for international sectors) prior to boarding. All passengers, baggage, and cargo are subject to standard civil aviation security screening protocols at executive departure terminals and FBOs.

5. Intellectual Property & Website Use

All content, aircraft specifications, photographs, trademarks, branding, and layouts displayed on this website are the proprietary property of Aerokalinga Aviation Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of site content without prior written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Aerokalinga Aviation Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of website usage or unforeseen operational schedule adjustments necessitated by weather, air traffic control restrictions, or regulatory advisories.
